Summer Blooms Acrylics Workshop Replay!!

I’m super excited to announce my collaboration with FWBG (Fort Worth Botanic Gardens) to present another all day acrylic workshop in their Adult Education program – Summer Blooms Acrylic Workshop Replay!  We had so much fun last time I can’t wait to do it again!

The workshop will be held on the beautiful FWBG grounds in the BRIT (Botanic Research Institute of Texas) building. A lovely facility that embodies the Gardens mission “to conserve our natural heritage by deepening our knowledge of the plant world and achieving public understanding of the value plants bring to life.”  As many of you know, this is a subject dear to my heart, so it brings me great pleasure to be given the opportunity to be a part of their education program by sharing fun serendipitous techniques to paint Mother Nature’s glorious flowers! In the morning the emphasis will be on guided technique and encouragement to play with various tools, including a catalyst wedge in preparation for the afternoon. After lunch, I will be painting along with you, using the techniques you have practiced, to guide you step by step in the creation of your own unique painting.

PLEASE NOTE: the image produced in this class will be the same as in the previous Summer Blooms Acrylic Workshop on June 10

Geared toward the beginner and experienced painter alike, you will walk away empowered and excited to apply what you’ve learned!
