There is a mystical charm inherent in the bokeh effect that I find quite enchanting!
In order to capture the effect with my brush instead of a camera, I used many thin overlays of paint and took obvious liberties with color to create the mystical feel of the painting. I even strategically used iridescent medium to intensify the out of focus shimmer. Ahh the many wonders of Mother Nature!

I'm excited to share a fun new project we started last week in ZanArt classes!
Rather than throw away any leftover paint we have mixed after class, everyone can add theirs to our new Save the Paint Canvas! My plan is to have a different canvas for each location that I will bring back every week until we deem it finished & there is room for no more. This one is already looking pretty awesome don't you agree?!! 🎨🥰
